We fully stock our homes to prevent guests from needing to purchase essentials, so that you can just relax and enjoy your vacation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 4 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 4 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
